Halloween Cupcake Toppers

It's getting to be that time of year when I start making Halloween crafts. I designed a new sheet of Halloween cupcake toppers that can be cut out with a craft punch, a printing cutter like the Cameo, a sharp craft knife or scissors.

I also made a Halloween place mat coloring activity sheet similar to this sticker sheet. Kids can color in the encircled designs or make a game board. Paper crafters might like to use the outline art as digital stamps.
